Israeli forces raze a large tract of land, uproot olive trees northwest of Salfit

SALFIT: Israeli occupation forces today leveled a large tract of Palestinian land and uprooted trees in the town of Kafl Haris, northwest of Salfit.

The mayor of Kafl Haris, Osama Saleh, said that Israeli occupation bulldozers raided Kafl Haris town, where they proceeded to level large areas of land and uproot olive trees near the main entrance on the southern side of the town.

Saleh pointed out that this step could be a continuation of the project to extend water and electricity lines, for the benefit of the colonies established on citizens’ lands.

Kafl Haris has been subjected to ongoing raids and attacks by the occupation forces and colonists. The iron gate erected at the entrance to the town has been closed for several months.
