JENIN: Israeli occupation forces, during their military incursion of the city of Jenin, caused a widespread destruction to infrastructure and to local residents proprieties.
Local sources said that the occupation bulldozers re-destroyed the Horse Roundabout area and the street leading to the eastern entrance to Jenin Governmental Hospital, completely leveling it, destroying the entrances to shops and homes on the street and closing them with dirt mounds, and smashing some vehicles.
They added that the occupation forces re-leveled streets in the eastern neighborhood of the city, which were rehabilitated after the recent storming.
Director of Jenin Governmental Hospital, Dr. Wissam Bakr, said that the occupation bulldozers completely destroyed the street leading to the eastern entrance to the hospital, which hindered access to the hospital’s morgue and medical supplies and fuel warehouses.
He pointed out that bulldozing the street from the eastern entrance to the hospital hindered the arrival of ambulances,
and also resulted in damage to the eastern gate of the hospital.
Large forces of the occupation army stormed the city of Jenin at dawn today, accompanied by military bulldozers, and stormed the eastern neighborhood, Halima al-Saadiya neighborhood, al-Bayader, Wadi Izz al-Din, and the vicinity of Jenin Governmental Hospital.
