JENIN: Israeli occupation forces Monday morning broke into the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, targeted a hospital and assaulted medical crews, while razing streets, sources said.
The occupation forces fired at the maternity ward at Jenin Governmental Hospital, while nearby streets were destroyed, during the ongoing military operation in the city of Jenin and its camp, which has so far left young man injured by a bullet in his leg.
WAFA correspondent said that the occupation forces deployed in the vicinity of Jenin Hospital, and carried out destruction and sabotage operations against the infrastructure and streets. They also opened heavy fire in the vicinity of the hospital, which led to some of the windows of the maternity ward being damaged and the glass shattering, which was scattered inside the ward, and caused panic among the patients, according to the director of the hospital.

The occupation forces opened fire on vehicles on Nazareth Street near the Sabah suburb, sparking confrontations described as “violent.”
WAFA correspondent pointed out that the sounds of drones were heard in the airspace of the city of Jenin.
Later, the occupation army pushed its forces to the outskirts of the Jenin camp and deployed snipers on the roofs of houses and buildings, amid confron
tations and clashes in several neighborhoods in the city and the outskirts of its camp, and intense shooting and smoke bombs.
