Israeli occupation forces today opened fire at Palestinian farmers to the east of the city of Khan Younes, in the southern Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondent. He said that army soldiers, stationed on border watchtowers, opened live fire and toxic gas bombs at the farmers while they were working in their own agricultural lands, forcing them to leave the area in fear of being injured or shot dead by Israeli gunfire. Israeli forces deliberately opened fire at farmers and almost on a daily basis to prevent them from reaching their lands.
