JENIN: The Israeli occupation forces today delivered 16 stop-work notices in the village of Jalboun, east of Jenin.
The head of the village council in Jalboun, Ibrahim Abu al-Rab, said that the occupation forces stormed the village and delivered 16 stop-work notices to 13 houses in the areas south, east and north of the village, under the pretext of building without a permit.
He pointed out that the targeted houses have been inhabited for years, warning of the danger of carrying out demolitions of those houses as happened in previous cases.
He also pointed out that the occupation forces aim, through these notices, to expand the colonies on the village lands.
