TUBAS: Israeli occupation forces Wednesday evening detained two Palestinians from the occupied West Bank governorates of Tubas and Hebron, according to the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
Kamal Bani Odeh, Director of the PPS Office in Tubas, said that the occupation soldiers manning the intermittently-staffed ‘Ein Siniya checkpoint, brutally assaulted and rounded up a Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) volunteer from the city of Tubas, while the latter was on his way back from Ramallah.
Meanwhile, the heavily armed soldiers detained a Palestinian from Khirbet Qalqas village, south of Hebron.
The young man turned himself in to the Israeli army after the latter stormed his family house several times today, detained seven members of his family and escorted a bulldozer to the house, threatening to tear it down should he not turn himself in.
The soldiers also stopped several young men in the Jaber neighborhood of the Old City of Hebron, and viciously attacked them.

efore, the occupation forces detained at least 30 people, including children and former detainees, from various parts of the occupied West Bank.
