HEBRON: Israeli occupation forces Wednesday demolished four homes, a tent and two facilities in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli occupation forces stormed Umm al-Khair community in Masafer Yatta and bulldozed four homes, a tent and two caravans owned by Yasser al-Hathalin and his sons Adi, Anis and Ali, displacing 30 members of their families.
The demolitions also affected ater networks, tanks and solar energy units.
It is noteworthy that the occupation forces demolished a home, a tent and a barracks owned by al-Hathalin about two months ago, as part of a large-scale demolition operation that affected the Umm al-Khair community, and included 11 homes and a number of tents and facilities.
The occupation forces have recently escalated the demolition operations in Masafer Yatta significantly, as part of a colonial plan that the extreme Israeli right seeks to implement, which aims to displace residents from those areas in favor of colonial expansion operations.
