Israeli occupation forces Saturday evening attacked Palestinians’ houses in the Arroub refugee camp, north of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that the occupation forces opened intensive gunfire towards Palestinians’ houses adjacent to the main street at the camp entrance, causing extensive damage.

Meanwhile, a convoy of occupation army vehicles barged their way into the Tell village, southwest of Nablus, where the soldiers broke into a local olive press and fired volleys of tear gas canisters towards farmers inside, forcing them to exit it immediately.

There was no immediate information on any casualties.

The occupation forces frequently conduct raids daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for ‘wanted’ Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted without a search warrant whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law army commanders have ful
l executive, legislative and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.
