JERICHO: Israeli colonists this evening attacked the homes of residents in the Arab Bedouin community of Milehat, northwest of Jericho, said a local official.
Hasan Mleihat, head of the al-Baydar Association for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that a group of colonists from nearby colonial outposts, built illegally on Palestinian land in the al-Mu’arrajat area in Jericho, snuck into the said Bedouin community and raided and searched residents’ homes, terrorizing civilians, including children and women.
Colonists also gathered in groups on the outskirts of the said community.
