Beirut: The Israeli army escalated its airstrikes and artillery shelling on Wednesday in many southern Lebanese areas, resulting in significant material damage to homes and properties as well as multiple fires
A Lebanese security source told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) reporter in Beirut that “a citizen was injured in an airstrike that targeted the town of Dhahira, and Israeli warplanes also launched airstrikes on the towns of Aita al-Shaab.”
Flare bombs were fired over the towns of Khiam, Rumaysh, Ayta al-Shaab, Kfarsouba and the Rashaya al-Fakhar area in Hasbaya district, and the town of Kafr Kila was targeted with phosphorus shells, the source added.
