Israeli airstrikes injure three Palestinians in Rafah, Beit Hanoun

At least three Palestinians were injured, one of them seriously, in a fresh wave of Israeli airstrikes in the town of Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip, and in Rafah, south of the enclave, according to local sources. Medics at the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahiya, north of the Strip, told WAFA that two Palestinians who were admitted to the hospital after being injured from shrapnel in an Israeli airstrike which targeted a land at the entrance to the nearby town of Beit Hanoun. In Rafah, south of the besieged enclave, a Palestinian young man who was driving a bike sustained injuries in an Israeli drone strike, and was rushed to nearby Abu Yousef Al-Najjar Hospital for medical treatment. Israeli warplanes and artillery also attacked targets in the villages of Izbat Abd Rabo and Izbat Beit Hanoun, north of the Strip, causing massive destruction but no casualties. Israeli airstrikes also hit targets in the west of Gaza City, the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood and the town of Beit Lahiya, causing destruction to property but no casualties. For the firth day in a row, the Israeli occupation has been launching an aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip from the air, sea and land, claiming the lives of 33 people and injuring more than 160 others so far, the majority of whom are children and women. The Israeli aggression has also caused massive destruction to property, sites and agricultural lands in the besieged Gaza Strip.
