They told WAFA that Israeli occupation forces raided the town and handed notices to local Palestinian residents ordering a halt on the construction of agricultural shelters and roads. The Israeli occupation authorities never allow any kind of development in Area C of the occupied West Bank, under its full jurisdiction, leaving Palestinians with no choice but to build without Israeli permits.
