An ambulance belonging to the Civil Defense of the Islamic Risala Scout Association was subjected to enemy artillery shelling in the southern Lebanese town of Mays al-Jabal, resulting in the injury of the Scout’s Jabal Amel Commissioner Ali Mannah by shrapnel, our correspondent reported.

Disaster Management Commissioner, Mousa Shaalan, miraculously survived.
