At the top of the hierarchical structure are the Master’s scholarships in advanced specialties offered under the ministry’s Digital Egypt Builders Initiative (DEBI), launched during the opening of a number of educational facilities by President Abdel Fattah el Sisi in September 2020.
The DEBI is implemented in collaboration with top international universities, Talaat pointed out.
