Cairo: Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, met with Housing and Development Bank (HDB) Chairman Hassan Ghanem to discuss ongoing and future cooperation between the ministry and the bank, as revealed in a ministry statement on Tuesday. During the meeting, Minister El-Sherbiny outlined the ministry’s vision for upcoming housing projects, stressing the need for thorough planning in case the HDB is involved in launching state-owned residential developments. He emphasized addressing past challenges to ensure a seamless reservation process, ultimately strengthening public confidence in the ministry’s housing initiatives.
