Cairo: The “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative, directed by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, is focused on addressing the residential needs of the low and middle-income population, according to the Cabinet’s Spokesman Mohamed el-Homosani.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Mohamed el-Homosani emphasized during a phone interview with Extra News satellite channel that the initiative is a response to President Sisi’s directives. The spokesman highlighted that Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli’s meeting on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, was a direct step towards implementing these directives.
The initiative has made 400,000 residential units available in various governorates and new cities, aiming to provide adequate housing for the target income brackets.
