The Jordanian-Qatari House Brotherhood Committee condemned the storming and vandalism of the Qatari embassy building in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.

In a statement on Monday, the committee’s chairman, MP Haitham Zayadin, expressed its solidarity with Doha and its rejection of any actions that desecrate diplomatic missions.

The lawmaker also stressed need to comply with the relevant international agreements, especially Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

In addition, he called on all Sudanese parties to abide by Arab League Jeddah summit’s declaration aimed to resolving political differences by peaceful means, especially prioritizing dialogue, preserving Sudan’s unity, sovereignty and stability and ending its people’s suffering.
