In this message, the Sovereign expresses His congratulations to Lieutenant General Mamadi Doumbouya and His best wishes for prosperity and joy to the Guinean people.
HM the King further expressed the Kingdom’s faithful readiness to pursue close cooperation with the Republic of Guinea, to strengthen the fraternal ties of friendship and solidarity that unite the two peoples and the two countries.
