Amman: Minister of Labor, Nadia Rawabdeh, and Minister of Government Communications and government spokesperson, Muhannad Mubaideen, are scheduled to hold a meeting with media representatives on Tuesday on “Regulating the labor market and the challenges of the Ministry of Labor.”
The meeting is part of the Ministry’s Government Communication Forum, which brings together officials, the community, and the media to discuss public issues and topics.
The meeting will cover a variety of topics, including the development of labor market legislation, the Ministry of Labor’s efforts to inspect private sector establishments and assess their commitment to safety, health, and professional standards, labor relations and negotiations, employment services and vocational guidance, and women’s economic empowerment, as well as the regulation of non-Jordanian workers.
