GAH chief visits InterHealth Canda group in KSA

Chairman of Egypt’s General Authority for Healthcare (GAH), Assistant Minister of Health and Population and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project Ahmed el Sobki has paid a visit to Saudi-based InterHealth Canada group and King Fahd Medical City.

During his visit to the two entities, Sobki hailed the Egyptian-Saudi ties in the various spheres, especially in the healthcare field.

He said that Egypt looks forward to enhancing cooperation with Saudi Arabia within the upcoming period.

Sobki met with the leaderships and officials of InterHealth Canda group, which is a world leader in healthcare management and operations.

The meeting took up ways of boosting cooperation between the two sides in the advanced healthcare sphere along with training Egyptian doctors working in the GAH’s hospitals.

During his visit to Fahd Medical City, Sobki was briefed on the value-based healthcare services of the city.

Sobki said that he is keen on visiting mega medical cities, affirming the importance of exchanging expertise in the healthcare sphere.
