PARIS: France has condemned the massacres carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on the Jabalia, Nuseirat and Shati refugee camps in the Gaza Strip.
The French Foreign Ministry said that it is “concerned” about the seriousness of the situation in northern Gaza, stressing that the forced displacement of civilians is a serious violation of international law.
The Ministry added that “attacks against civilians are unacceptable”, calling on Israel to ensure permanent security for all civilians and facilitate immediate access to humanitarian aid for them.
For 11 days, the Israeli occupation forces have continued their campaign of starvation against the Palestinian people in the northern Gaza Strip, intensifying their air and ground bombardment and destroying and burning hundreds of homes, amidst a tight siege that prevents the entry of food, water, fuel and medicine into the area.
For more than a year, the occupation forces have been waging a war of genocide on Gaza, resulting in the killing of 42,344 cit
izens, most of whom are children and women, the injury of 99,013 others, and more than 10,000 missing, amidst massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and elderly people.
