The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the attack on the Qatari embassy in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, today. In a statement on Saturday, the ministry expressed the Kingdom’s solidarity with Qatar, and its strong condemnation and denunciation of all forms of violence and vandalism, especially acts that target and violate diplomatic buildings. The ministry also stressed need to respect rules of international law and relevant international agreements, especially Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
