Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty on Tuesday30/7/2024 headed for Doha after attending the inauguration ceremony of the new Iranian president, Masoud Pezeshkian.
The minister is set to hold political talks with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid.
Abdelatty’s visit to Qatar comes within the framework of the growing relationship between Cairo and Doha at different levels over the past period.
The minister is set to be received by Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the spokesman added.
