Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi started a working visit to New York to participate at the UN Security Council quarterly open debate on “The situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question.” Safadi is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with a number of his counterparts and international officials participating in the session. It is worth mentioning that Jordan chairs the Arab group at the United Nations this month.
