Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, Ayman Safadi, on Thursday, affirmed his desire to collaborate with his Kuwaiti counterpart Abdullah Al-Yahya in order to enhance the two fraternal nations’ already strong ties and fortify them in a number of areas as they carry out the directions of their respective leaderships.
In a phone conversation, Safadi congratuated Al-Yahya on his appointment as the State of Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The two top diplomats emphasized the desire to deepen fraternal ties, increase collaboration between Amman and Kuwait, and maintain coordination on regional and global issues in a manner that advances the interests of both nations.
They discussed regional developments, strategies to end the war on the Gaza Strip, safeguarding civilian safety, adhering to international humanitarian law, and the necessity of providing humanitarian relief to the strip.
