Kampala: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigration Dr Badr Abdelatty held a meeting Thursday with a number of Ugandan businessmen in Kampala to discuss ways to enhance economic, trade, and investment cooperation between the two countries.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the discussions focused on identifying potential areas for collaboration that could benefit both nations. The meeting aimed at fostering stronger economic ties and encouraging Ugandan businesses to explore investment opportunities in various sectors within Egypt.
The Ugandan businessmen expressed interest in several key sectors, including agriculture, technology, and infrastructure development. Dr Abdelatty emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation and highlighted Egypt’s commitment to supporting Ugandan business ventures.
The meeting concluded with both parties agreeing to continue dialogue and explore further opportunities for collaboration in the near future.
