GAZA: Five civilians were killed and several others injured this evening as Israeli warplanes targeted the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that Israeli airstrikes hit a residence in Jabalia, resulting in the murder of five individuals and causing injuries to others.
Simultaneously, Israeli artillery continued its shelling of the Assekka area in the Jabalia refugee camp, according to local sources.
In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli war of genocide on Gaza has claimed the lives of approximately 24,927 individuals since October 7, with 62,388 others injured, the majority of whom are women and children.
Worse still, the aggression has resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly 2 million people from all of the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt-in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.
