Establishing integrated gov’t service center in Aswan completed: minister

Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el Saeed said the process of establishing and equipping the model integrated government service center in Aswan has been completed.

The move comes in accordance with the cooperation agreement signed between Egypt and the UAE to upgrade Egypt’s government work, and establish integrated government service complexes that provide public services to citizens in an accessible way.

In press statements, Saeed said cooperation with the UAE includes establishing two service centers in Cairo and Aswan to be Egypt’s first model complexes for government services.

The model integrated government service center in Aswan aims to ease the burden on citizens and facilitate their access to services; in line with the State’s orientation towards digital transformation, the minister added.

Built on an area of 4,000 square meters, the Aswan center has been designed in compliance with relevant state-of-the-art international standards.
