Emirates Health Services receives ‘Operational Excellence Award’ from International Hospital Federation


Emirates Health Services (EHS) has received the prestigious MasterCard Award for Operational Excellence from the International Hospital Federation (IHF).

This recognition celebrates EHS’s innovative project, “Integrating AI Technologies in Precision Diagnostic Imaging,” specifically aimed at enhancing breast cancer diagnosis.

The award underscores EHS’s unwavering commitment to implementing cutting-edge solutions that significantly elevate the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.

Dr. Abdalla Alnaqbi, Acting Executive Director of the Clinical Support Services Sector at EHS, emphasised that this accolade is a testament to our relentless efforts in embracing and deploying innovative technological solutions.

‘Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance staff performance, elevate healthcare services, and streamline government procedures, aligning with the objectives of the ‘Zero Government Bureaucracy’ programme and the strategic goals of the UAE.’

Furthermore, he noted that this achievement reinfo
rces our capability to provide exceptional healthcare services and achieve sustainable operational outcomes, establishing EHS as a leader in medical innovation both regionally and globally.
