Emigration min. discuss holding expo for promoting real estate investment in Egypt

Emigration Minister Nabila Makram discussed on Friday with Karim Boutros, a Tiba Scape Company’s founder, holding an exhibition in Toronto for promoting real estate investment in Egypt, the Emigration Ministry said in a statement.

Makram agreed that the ministry would sponsor the exhibition due to the importance of holding professional events in Canada to promote Egyptian real estate, including new cities and national projects, in cooperation with the Housing Ministry.

The minister pointed to the necessity of the national banks’ participation in such expo to facilitate the payment and transactions processes, adding she would be taking part in inaugurating the fair.

The ministry will partake in the expo by a pavilion to display its activities and be a communication opportunity with Egyptian expats in Canada, she said.

Meanwhile, Boutros expected that the fair would succeed and achieve high profits, asserting the importance of exerting more efforts by Egyptian expats to support the State.

The 8000-meter-square fair will be held at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, from May 27 to June 2.
