Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha El Gendy said on Tuesday 7/03/2023 that the government cannot possibly access salaries or personal accounts of Egyptians at home or abroad.
Speaking to MENA, Gendy assured expats that there is no intention to deduct portions of their wages or remittances, which are theirs in the first place.
Egypt strongly supports nationals abroad and is keen on maintain their rights and solving their problems, the minister stressed.
