The Egyptian Embassy in Bucharest has assigned an emergency line for receiving calls and Whatsapp messages from Egyptians who are fleeing Ukraine.

In a Facebook post, the embassy said it would offer its services to Egyptians coming from Ukraine to facilitate hotel reservations and return tickets to the homeland at their personal expense, until further notice.

The embassy urged citizens who cannot bear ticket expenses to contact its staff to take the necessary action in this regard.
