In this message, the Sultan of Oman expresses to His Majesty the King his warmest congratulations and best wishes for further health, happiness and long life, praying to the Almighty to renew such a blessed occasion for the Sovereign and for all Muslims in blessings and to realize the aspirations of the brotherly Moroccan people to further progress, greatness and prosperity, under the wise leadership of His Majesty the King.
