In the message, King Abdullah II expresses, on his own behalf and on behalf of the people and government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, his warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Sovereign, praying to the Almighty to renew such an occasion for HM the King in health and tranquility, for the brotherly Moroccan people in further progress and prosperity, and for the Arab and Islamic Ummah in blessings.
