Egypt’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) has invested 1.9 billion Egyptian pounds in Aswan Governorate between July 1, 2014, and September 30, 2024, according to an Egyptian Cabinet statement on Sunday 27/10/2024.

This significant investment has supported 80,000 micro and small projects, leading to the creation of approximately 109,000 jobs. A substantial portion of the funding, totaling 160 million pounds, has been allocated to infrastructure development, community development initiatives, and training programs.
