Cairo: The Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry has introduced a mobile application designed to support investors by addressing their complaints and queries online. This initiative aligns with the directives of Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, Kamel el Wazir, aimed at streamlining investor interactions and embracing modern technological advancements.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the Industry Ministry announced that the first version of this application is currently available on the “Android” platform, with an “iOS” version expected soon. The app is intended to simplify the process of handling investor complaints and inquiries, ensuring efficient responses and follow-ups. Users must register by providing their personal details, such as name, phone number, and email address, and specify whether they are submitting a complaint or an inquiry.
Once registered, investors can access their personal accounts on the application to track their complaints or inquiries, check the status, or submit new ones.
