Egyptian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Applaud Progress in Bilateral Relations.


Riyadh: Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Badr Abdelatty, engaged in discussions with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Sunday, 10th of November, 2024. This meeting was part of a sequence of discussions aligned with the Preparatory Ministerial Meeting for the Extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit held in Riyadh.

According to State Information Service Egypt, both ministers expressed approval of the positive developments in the bilateral relations between Egypt and Turkey. These advancements have followed mutual visits by the presidents of the two nations. The discussions underscored a shared commitment to further enhancing economic and investment relations. The ministers highlighted a target to boost trade exchange to $15 billion, expand tourism, and foster joint cooperation across numerous sectors.
