Cairo: Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Ayman Ashour received on Friday CEO of Advance HE Alison Johns and director of the British Council Mark Howard at the ministry headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. The meeting dealt with means of enhancing educational cooperation between Egypt and United Kingdom (UK).
According to State Information Service Egypt, the discussions focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration in higher education and scientific research. The meeting aimed to strengthen ties between Egyptian and British educational institutions, potentially paving the way for student exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and the sharing of academic resources.
The talks between Minister Ashour and the UK representatives are part of ongoing efforts to foster international partnerships in education. Both parties expressed a keen interest in leveraging each other’s strengths to benefit students and academic communities in both countries.
