State Minister for Military Production Mohamed Morsy on Monday received UAE Minister of State for Defense Affairs Mohammed Ahmed al Bowardi at the pavilion of the military production ministry at Egypt international exhibition for defense and military industries or EDEX 2021.

The four-day exhibition is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Morsy commended the UAE’s distinguished participation in the exhibition, which provides a perfect platform for regional and international defense forces to showcase their revolutionary products and facilities.

He said the ministry is keen on boosting cooperation with the UAE in defense industries.

Bowardi, in turn, lauded the development in relations binding Egypt and UAE over the past years, praising the role of the military production ministry in backing the Egyptian State’s plan aimed at achieving sustainable development nationwide.

The award-winning show presents a unique opportunity for exhibitors to showcase the latest technology, equipment and systems across land, sea, and air.
