Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el Saeed met Friday 21/7/2023 with Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal bin Fadhil Alibrahim.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2023 held in New York from 10-19 July under the theme “Accelerating recovery from coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at All Levels”.
During the meeting, Dr. Hala el-Saeed stressed Egypt’s keenness to boost relations between the Egyptian and Saudi business communities and strengthen economic ties between the two countries in various fields, especially commercial, industrial, and investment. El Saeed pointed to the importance of the strategic partnership and fruitful cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
