Egypt, Lebanon discuss cooperation in environmental issues

Environment Minister Yasmin Fouad discussed during a meeting Friday with her Lebanese counterpart Nasser Yassin means of boosting cooperation and sharing expertise in the environment domain.

 

The meeting came on the sidelines of the 32nd session for the Arab Ministers Responsible for the Environment (CAMRE) , chaired by Fouad.

 

During the meeting, Fouad stressed the importance of fruitful cooperation between Cairo and Beirut in the environmental affairs, including sharing expertise and training sessions.

 

For his side, Yassin praised Fouad’s efforts in the field of environment and expressed his country’s eagerness to further enhance cooperation between the two countries.
