Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, France urge support for regional, int’l peace, stability

The foreign ministers of Egypt, Greece, Cyprus and France asserted the importance of giving more attention to pushing forward regional and international peace and stability as well as inclusive economic development.

 

This came in the final communiqué of the ministerial meeting grouping Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry along with his Greek, Cypriot and French counterparts. The meeting was held on Friday in Athens.

 

The ministers hailed the deeply-rooted relations between their countries and called for continuing cooperation.

 

The communiqué also said that the ministers had discussed the joint action to reach common goals in various fields including energy, climate change, combating Covid-19 and immigration.
