Cairo: Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly expressed concerns over the recent developments in Syria, emphasizing Egypt’s commitment to the territorial integrity of Syrian lands. This statement was made during a press conference following the weekly cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Madbouly revealed that Egypt has dispatched over 25,000 aid trucks and 370,000 tons of supplies to support Palestine. This substantial aid reflects Egypt’s solidarity with its neighboring countries during challenging times.
Madbouly also discussed recent meetings with media officials aimed at managing media narratives and countering misinformation that could destabilize the state. He highlighted the significant public engagement with the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative, which demonstrates the citizens’ trust in government efforts. Furthermore, he noted that Upper Egypt is experiencing significant development, with a notable increase in tourism in Fayoum.

tioned the government’s anticipation of the national dialogue’s results, which will guide the experimental implementation of a cash support transfer application. Moreover, the state has allocated 40 billion pounds to the Unified Procurement Authority to ensure the availability of medicines.
In a commendable achievement, Madbouly congratulated Minister of Local Development Manal Awad on receiving the Best Governor award for her work as the Governor of Damietta. The award, presented during the Arab Government Excellence Award ceremony at the Arab League Headquarters in Cairo, is a significant honor in the Arab region, recognizing efforts in administrative development and excellence. Madbouly expressed hope that this accolade would motivate other officials to enhance their service to the nation.
