Egypt-Cyprus Talks Advance Plans for Cronos and Aphrodite Gas Fields

Nicosia: Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi held a meeting with Cypriot Minister of Energy George Papanastasiou, where they discussed cooperation to develop Cypriot gas fields. Held during his visit to the Cypriot capital Nicosia, the talks focused on the latest developments related to Cronos, operated by Eni, and Aphrodite, operated by Chevron, and other fields, which will be tied back to Egypt’s infrastructure.
