Egypt congratulated Tunisia over an announcement by the Tunisian Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) on accepting the draft of the new Tunisian constitution under the declared voting results.

This reflects the will of the Tunisian people and their aspiration to proceed with the march of progress and prosperity.

In a statement on Wednesday 17/8/2022, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry wished all the best for Tunisia.

The ministry stressed Egypt’s full solidarity with Tunisia to achieve stability and prosperity, highlighting the depth of bilateral ties.
