Egypt strongly condemned the Houthi launch of a ballistic missile towards the UAE, which was shot down and destroyed by the UAE air defence forces.
In a statement released on Monday 31/1/2022, the Foreign Ministry asserted Egypt’s full rejection of such cowardly terrorist acts, which entail an overt threat to the region’s security and stability.
Egypt also stressed its solidarity with the UAE in the measures it may take to protect its security and stability.
