Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Ambassador Hamdi Sanad Loza asserted Egypt’s permanent commitment to work with African countries to support regional integration in the continent.

This came during his participation in the 21st Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) in the Moroccan capital of Rabat, the Foreign Ministry said on its Facebook page on Friday.

In the same context, ambassador Loza cited Egypt’s establishment of the Sahel-Sahara Counter-Terrorism Center, stressing the importance of mobilizing efforts of the member states to activate the role of the CEN-SAD in issues related to the continent.
