The Sino-Arab Chemical Fertilisers Company (SACF) has expressed its interest in the Sra Ouertane phosphate exploitation project in partnership with Tunisia, following the successful experience with the Tunisian Chemical Group.

SACF expressed this interest during a meeting between the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, Ahlam Beji Sayeb, and a delegation from this company led by the Deputy CEO, Wang Jinming, representing the parent company “China Blue Chemical Ltd”.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two sides, particularly in the fertiliser and mining sectors, according to a ministry statement.
