Diaa Rashwan mourns death of Zainab Montaser: Defender of journalism

Chairman of the Syndicate of Journalists, Diaa Rashwan mourned the death of the veteran journalist, Mrs. Zainab Montaser. Rashwan said in a statement, “With more sadness and pain, the journalism lost a great writer from the first generation of pioneers in the career.” The great journalist Mrs. Zainab Montaser participated with the first generation in enlightening society and defending the journalism.” Rashwan added.

 

He said: “We mourn the death of Mrs. Zainab, and offer sincere condolences and sympathy to her family and colleagues in the press foundation of Rosal Youssef, praying to God that the deceased be blessed with His mercy and inspire her family and relatives patience and solace.”

 

The Supreme Council for Media Regulation (SCMR), headed by the journalist Karam Jabr, also mourned the great journalist, Zainab Montaser, one of the staff of the Rosal Youssef Press Foundation, after a struggle with illness.
