Arish: A delegation of the European Parliament arrived at Arish airport on Saturday, February 15, 2025. The delegation is set to undertake a series of visits and meetings during their stay.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the delegation is scheduled to visit the Rafah terminal and the logistic warehouses of humanitarian aid supplies, which are affiliated with the Egyptian Red Crescent. These visits aim to oversee the management and distribution of humanitarian aid in the region.

In addition to these site visits, the delegation plans to visit Sheikh Zuweid hospital. The purpose of this visit is to evaluate the healthcare facilities and understand the challenges faced by the hospital in the region.

Furthermore, the delegation will hold meetings with a number of Egyptian officials and parliamentarians. These meetings are intended to discuss various matters of mutual interest and cooperation between the European Parliament and Egyptian authorities.
